Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application for grant of compensation which is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Saraipali since 18.01.2016 that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Saraipali is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of compensation strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. The respondents are open to file their objections which will also be

considered by the said authority.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on thew merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
