1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.117/2020, registered at Police Station Koshir, Distt: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 341, 294, 506, 323, 326, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application as

it has rendered infructuous due to arrest of the applicant during pendency of this bail application.
