1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had constructed a road pursuant to tender and work order issued on 13.11.2019 for an amount of Rs. 3,92,000/-. He would further submit that after issuance of work order the work has been completed and completion certificate was also issued on 17.01.2020, however no amount till date has been released by Respondent No. 2, therefore the petitioner had made a representation before the Respondent No. 2 to release the amount and prays that

Respondent No. 2 may be directed to decide the same.

2. Perused the documents.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner had already made a representation (Annexure P-10) dated 10.08.2021 before respondent No. 2 for release of amount, it is directed that respondent No. 2 shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further made clear that this court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
