1. Heard on IA No.1, an application for condonation of delay of 396 days in filing the CRMP.

2. On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

3. Also heard on admission.

4. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charge under

CRMP No. 1809 of 2019 Section 307 of IPC.

5. Victim PW-1 Roshni Dahariya, who has suffered injuries, has not supported the case of the prosecution at any stage of her examination. As regard to the injuries sustained by the victim, she would state that the injuries occurred on account of an accident. The victim is the sister-in-law of the accused.

6. Considering the nature and quality of evidence available on record, no case for grant of leave to appeal is made out.

7. The CRMP is dismissed.
