For Petitioner : Shri A.K. Prasad, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/2018 (1) By the impugned order, the trial Court has rejected the objection of the petitioner on the demarcation report.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be granted liberty to cross-examine the revenue authority, who has made demarcation and filed report. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to cross-examine the revenue authority, if examined, with regard to demarcation report so filed. However, the petitioner is also entitled to avail the liberty that has been granted by the trial Court in the impugned order.
