2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.91/2020, registered at Police Station Farasgaon, Kondagaon, for the offence punishable under Section 307, 120-B, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant along with three other accused persons has caused five injuries on the person of the injured Manoj Shardul by means of sword,

MCRC No. 8277 of 2020 hand and fist.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the evidence of injured Manoj Shardul, I am not inclined to release the present applicant on bail.
