Shri C.J.K. Rao, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 03.12.2018 1.
The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 11.05.2015 transferring the petitioner from Dongargarh to Manpur.
2.
The writ petition is of the year 2015 and the petitioner has an interim order in his favour since 21.05.2015.
3.
Considering the facts that the petitioner enjoys the interim order for a period of more than three years the writ petition practically has become infructuous. It is directed that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order Annexure-P/1 dated 11.05.2015 any further so far as the petitioner is concerned. However, they would at liberty to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so arises.
4.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge vatti
