1. Counsel for the applicant is heard on restoration petition.

2. The applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1519 of 2005 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 30.07.2018.

3. On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of petitioner's counsel on 30.07.2018 when Writ Petition No. 1519 of 2005 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.
