1. Heard.

2. The instant petition is filed by one of the Members (Panch) on behalf of Gram Panchayat Bohardih, Janpad panchayat Masturi. The averments are that despite the completion of entire work and 50% of the amount though was released but remaining 50% is still being withheld by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Panchayat, Bilaspur

3. Considering the nature of allegations which have been made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to the

Director Panchayat with all the documents within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such representation being filed, the Director Panchayat shall adjudicate the same within a further period of 30 days.

4. With the above observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
