1. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application before the concerned court.
2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However it is made clear that in the event the applicant surrenders himself before the trial court and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the said court preferably on the same day, if possible, in accordance with law.
