The Petitioners have moved this Court with the following prayer : "10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to its case.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kind enough to issue an appropriate writ by directing respondent no.2 to follow the terms and condition of the tender and issue further work order in favour of the petitioners. 10.3 Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted."

Heard Dr. Kumaresh Tiwari, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, Mr. Ashish Tiwari, the learned Government Advocate for the State/Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Tarun Dansena, the learned counsel representing the Respondent No. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the grievance stands already projected before the 2nd Respondent by way of Annexure P/5 representation. It is stated that the Petitioners are ready to supplement the same by filing an additional representation and that the Petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is given to the 2nd Respondent to have it considered, passing appropriate orders on merits.

The learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent submits that the matter will be looked into and appropriate orders would be passed accordingly. 5.

In the said circumstance, the Petitioners are set at liberty to file an additional representation, supplementing Annexure P/5 representation filed before the 2nd Respondent within a period of two weeks; upon which, the same shall be considered along with Annexure P/5 and appropriate orders shall be passed, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month thereafter. 6.

The Petitioners are required to produce a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd Respondent for further steps.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
