1. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has moved an application before the respondent No. 1 on 31-05-2018 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Pudu to Pali via Pachara, Khaira, Silli, Bilaspur, Ratanpur, Parsada, Pondi and one return trip daily, which is a pending consideration.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for want of permit, the vehicle of the petitioner is standing still, he further submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the said application for grant of regular stage carriage permit expeditiously.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided along with all pending applications for the concerned route, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

4. In view of the fact that petitioner's application is pending consideration since 31-5-2018, and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that vehicle is standing still for want of permit, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's application and all other applications, if any, pending before it for the concerned route, within 30 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.

6. In view of above, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Pawan
