Shri Tulsyan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, he failed to mention in the prayer clause with regard to quashment of the order dated 26.12.2020 by which, the Petitioner's application seeking for appointment on compassionate ground has been refused, and prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 2.
