1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.125/2020 registered in Police Station Panduka, District Gariyaband for offence under Sections 307, 212, 213, 34 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
