State Of Chhattisgarh Through the Station House Officer, Police Station Marwahi, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi (CG) ---- Non-Applicant For Applicant : Shri Malay Shrivastava, Advocate.

For Non-Applicant : Shri Ayaz Naved, Govt. Advocate. Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 03/02/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.126/2020, registered at Police Station Marwahi, District GaurelaPendra-Marwahi for offences punishable under Section 376 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has sexually exploited the prosecutrix on promise to marry.

3. It is argued that the prosecutrix is a married woman having two children and the present complaint has been lodged because her brother had seen them conversing in a public place.

4. The prosecutrix herself has lodged the report against the applicant alleging that she has been regularly sexually exploited on promise to

5. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
