This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.34/2017 registered at Police Station Out Post Jaalbandha, Thana Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 294, 323 & 506 of IPC.

Having seen the contents of the FIR and the statement of the prosecutrix under Sections 161 & 164 of Cr.P.C., this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage. 4.
