1. Heard on I.A. No. 1, which is application for exemption from not press of Annexure P-1.

2. On due consideration, the same is allowed. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally at motion stage and disposed off.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization.

-24. The counsel for the petitioner referred to Annexure P-10 dated 11.06.2018, whereby the Tahsildar under whom the petitioner was working as a Daily Wage Employee has recommended the case for regularization. The said recommendation was further forwarded by the Collector to the secretary of the department.

5. The Collector vide Annexure P-11 dated 23.07.2011, the State Government in turn has sought certain information from the concerned District Collector vide their correspondence dated 02.11.2018 and the Collector in turn has given information to the State Government that there are still sanctioned/vacant post available in the district, whereby the petitioner can be accommodated.

6. Given the aforesaid development that has transpired in the previous two years, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served, if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 1 and 2 to consider the case/claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the Rules and Regulation and the circulars of the State Government pertaining to the regularization.

7. Let a decision be taken at the earliest, preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 8.
