Shri Aditya Sharma, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 26/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 501 of 2016 registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, Durg (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of IPC. 2.
The applicant is the husband of the deceased Shikha Tiwari. She died by committing suicide by hanging on 03.10.2016. Statement of her father Gangasagar Tiwari is read over by learned State counsel. 3.
Having perused the case diary, particularly the statement of the parents of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 4.
Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to revive the same after examination of the parents of the deceased.
