1. Mr. Samir Singh, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he prays for issuance of a direction to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of applicant on the same day when he surrenders.

2. Mr. Vaibhav Singh, learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection if prayer made by learned counsel for applicant is allowed.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may consider and decide the same, if possible, on the same day in accordance with law.
