The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefit of the Child Care Leave.

The plain reading of the petition does not disclose sufficient materials so far as the leave that the petitioner had applied, what was the ground on which the application was made, etc.

Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3 by moving an appropriate application in accordance with

-2the Rules and Format for claiming the Child Care Leave and the respondent No.3 in turn shall decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the application by the petitioner in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
