2. Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 09.05.2019 passed by respondent No.2.

3. During the course of submission, learned State counsel submits, on instructions, that the order dated 09.05.2019 has been canceled and a fresh orders have been issued and notified. In view of such submission made, no adjudication can be made to the challenge of the order Annexure P-1 dated 09.05.2019 as it said to have been amended and no longer exists. The

petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the new order, if so advised, as and when the new modified order is served to him.
