This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 09.06.2015, whereby the petitioner has been promoted but joining has not been given. 2.

Shri Kamlesh Kumar Patel, petitioner in person, submits that he already retired after attaining the age of superannuation, and therefore, does not want to pursue this Petition.
