Ignoring the default pointed out by the Registry, with the consent of the parties, the matter is finally disposed of at motion stage. 2.

The dispute raised in the present writ petition is the non-granting of the benefit of higher pay scale on completion of 8 years service. 3.

The counsel for both the parties submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been decided in a bunch of writ petitions on

27.10.2018, the lead case of which was WPS No. 607 of 2018. 4.

The petitioner in the present case was initially appointed on 29.06.2007 as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-III by the Janpad Panchayat, Bilha. Subsequently, she was appointed in the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur vide appointed order dated 22.11.2007. The petitioner again applied for a higher post as Shiksha Karmi Grade-I in a recruitment conducted in Jila Panchayat, Bialspur and she was appointed on 22.06.2010. The petitioner seeks that the earlier services rendered in the Panchayat Department as also in the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur may be counted for the purpose of length of service for the higher pay scale on completion of 8 years service.

Since the identical set of writ petitions have already been decided vide order dated 27.10.2018, this Court is of the opinion that subject to verification of the facts the present writ petition also deserves to be and is accordingly disposed of in similar terms.
