Shri Manoj Chauhan, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/09/2018 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 08/01/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite direction of this Court, petitioner's application for grant of revised pay scale has not been considered nor any order passed granting or refusing to grant revised pay scale. 3.

I find that a direction was issued for consideration of petitioner's representation, however, in the order, it was not specified as to which of the respondents has to consider the matter. Looking to the nature of grievance and spirit of the order, the order of this Court is required to be complied with by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, District - Jashpur, C.G. The concerned authority (respondent No.3 in WPS No.7241/2017) shall take decision in the matter within a period of 60 days from the

date of receipt of copy of this order.

This petition, at this stage, is finally disposed off with liberty to revive in case, the order is not complied with.
