1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the departmental appeal that the petitioner has preferred.
2. According to the petitioner, his services have been terminated vide order Annexure P-3 dated 22.09.2018. The petitioner, thereafter, preferred an appeal before the respondent no.2 which is still pending.
3. Given the said fact, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the departmental appeal that the petitioner has preferred within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
