HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 527 of 2020 Rekhram Sinha, Versus Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd. 24.11.2020 Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, counsel for the petitioner. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS 7228/2019 which got disposed of by virtue of peremptory order passed by this Court on 11.09.2019. Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and as also having gone through the grounds as narrated in the application seeking restoration, this Court is of the opinion that subject to the petitioner furnishing cost of Rs. 2000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036, and subject to the furnishing the receipt of the cost paid to the Registry within a period of 7 days from today, the writ petition WPS No. 7228/2019 shall be restored to its original number.

In case if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period the order so passed by this Court in this MCC would lose its efficacy. The MCC accordingly stands disposed.
