1. By the impugned order, petitioner's application for stay has been rejected without hearing the other side, against which the present writ petition has been preferred.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner has a liberty to file afresh application after notices are served to the respondents No.1 & 2 and in that condition, the

Commissioner shall hear the application afresh for grant of stay and shall decide the same in accordance with law.
