The present application has been filed under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 43 of 2017, registered at Police StationPatna, District- Koriya, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506 Part-I of IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.

At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application.
