1. Perused the PUD dated 25-9-2017 received from the applicant through the Superintendent, District Jail, Korba. In the said PUD the applicant has prayed that he intends to withdraw the instant bail petition.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of above, he be permitted to withdraw the bail petition.

3. On due consideration, instant MCRC is disposed of as withdrawn as the applicant himself prays for withdrawal, without any appreciation on its merit.
