Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/08/2019
1. The facts of the case is that the petitioner got initially appointed on contractual basis on 12.09.2016. The said contract came to an end on 11.09.2017, the said contractual appointment was further renewed on the same date for a period of 1 year. However, before the conclusion of the said contractual period, the petitioner tendered his resignation as he got appointed/selected elsewhere. The petitioner joined the newly appointed place and as such his resignation came into force.
2. Given the said fact, at this juncture, more particularly when the renewed contract period also having lapsed, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the Petitioner for either renewal of the said contract or for any consideration of the claim of the petitioner as
the petitioner, has voluntarily tendered of his resignation on the ground his getting appointment elsewhere.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Jyotijha
