Shri Arvind Dubey, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 26/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 241 of 2017 registered at Police Station G.R.P, Raipur District Raipur (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of IPC. 2.

Having seen the nature of allegations and for the fact that the prosecution alleges that the applicant is a part of SANSI gang whose members are involved in committing theft in running trains, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. However, the applicant being in jail since 22.01.2017, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
