Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board -11-2020

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this M.C.C., has been filed for correction of typographical mistakes in the cause title of the order passed in WPS No.4505 dated 04.11.2020 of 2020 wherein at the address description of Petitioner No.1 Ku. Ambalika Sahu, wrongly the subject "(T.G.T. Physics)" was shown after the words Guest Teacher instead of subject "(P.G.T. Physics)". Similarly the address of respondent no.3 should have been shown as "Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare and Development Department, Dist. South Bastar Dantewada whereas by mistake, it was mentioned as District Balrampur Ramanujganj after the words Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare and Development Department.

2. Learned State Counsel do not object to the said correction.

3. In view of such submission of the parties and considering the nature of prayer made, the subject of Applicant no.1 Ku. Ambalika Sahu be read as "(P.G.T. Physics)" after the words Guest Teacher. Similarly the address of respondent No.3 be read as "Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare and Development Department, District South Bastar Dantewada (Chhattisgarh).

4. Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed of.
