1. Counsel for the applicants submitted that he wants to withdraw the bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

2. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case permission to withdraw the bail application is granted to the counsel for the applicants.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn without considering the merits of the case. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
