Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the application filed by the petitioner / defendant No. 1 for examining the Will by hand writing expert has been rejected by the trial Court by order dated 17.07.2018 (Annexure - P/1) against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to get the documents examined with the hand writing expert and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
