The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.08/2017, registered at Police Station Chirmiri, District Koria (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

The applicant allegedly sexually exploited the deceased for about 8-9 years on promise to marry and thereafter he refused to marry the deceased, therefore, she committed suicide. Deceased's sister Anita is an eye witness to the dispute, which occurred in the night on the date of incident.

Considering the nature of evidence and the conduct of the applicant, the present is not a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
