The counsel for the petitioner submits that, as of now, the instant Writ Petition may be disposed off by giving a liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 for ventilating his grievance and further directions be given to the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation.

Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within a

period of 4 weeks' from today and on such representation being made, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a further outer limit of 60 days. 4.

Needless to mention that, in case if any adverse order against the petitioner is filed, he would be at liberty to challenge the same. 5.
