1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 08.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2501 of 2019 by this Court.

2. Shri V.K. Pandey, Counsel appearing for the respondents have filed a detailed reply to the contempt notice and along with the reply, he has also produced 4 documents Annexure R1-2/1 to R-1-2/4, whereby the details of the payment which has been made to the petitioner/applicant has been reflected

3. Further, he submits that by now all the dues payable to the petitioner/applicant has already been paid and certain payment had

-2already in-fact been paid way-back in the year 2015-16 itself for which all the relevant records have been produced along with the reply.

4. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the Order passed by this Court stands complied-with. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed-off. However, in case, if there is any further calculation error or any payment of salary unpaid to the petitioner/applicant, he would be at liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of her grievance by way of a suitable representation, which the authorities should decide after due consideration of the records and appropriate intimation should also be given to the petitioner/applicant in this regard promptly.

5. The petitioner's right is reserved to approach the Court by way of afresh proceeding, in case, if there is any grievance still.
