1. Challenge in this petition is to the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of SDO (Revenue), Kusmi to the office of SDO, Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is a handicapped person and is also permanently disabled to the extent of 50 percent as is evident from the disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Further contentions is that, the petitioner would find it difficult to reach the transferred place and would also find it difficult in getting the means of transport for going to attend the office at the transferred place.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days and the respondent No.2 in turn considering the disability of the petitioner shall reconsider the order of transfer and pass an appropriate order within a further period of 30 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is

decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 12.07.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned.
