1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.61/2020 registered in Police Station Chandaura, District Surajpur for offence under Section 20 (a) of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicant was found growing 287 Ganja plants in his agricultural field.

3. Considering the huge number of Ganja plants recovered from the applicant's premises, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
