2. The petitioner would allege that respondent No.7, a Self Help Group namely Guru Ki Ashirwad Mahila Swa Sahayata Samuh,

has been illegally constituted by including the members of one family and certain other members who are residents of another District, yet no action has been taken against the said Self Help Group despite the petitioner's complaint having been taken up for making enquiry way back in June 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would draw attention of the Court to the document- Annexure P/2, by which, the ofÏce of the Collector (Food), Kabirdham has directed the Food Inspector, Pandariya, to enquire the matter and submit a report, however, the proceeding has not attained finality and no action whatsoever has been taken one way or the other.

Considering the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction that the Collector (Food), Kabirdham, who has passed the order Annexure P/2 dated 31.6.2017, shall complete the proceedings, if not already completed, within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

5. Based on the findings written to the Collector (Food), Kabirdham by the Food Inspector, Pandariya, the Collector shall take necessary action in accordance with law.
