1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2020 registered in Police Station Dugli, District Dhamtari for offence under Sections 376, 506-B of the IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he would pray for a direction to the trial Court to hold the trial expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
