Heard the matter finally.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.576/2016 on 05-9-2016 by Kotwali police, Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence under Section 489(A)(B)(C) of the IPC. Charge sheet has been filed and the matter is pending before the Second Additional Sessions Judge Rajnandgaon, C.G. as Sessions Trial No. 87/2016. As per the allegation, the applicant gave fake currency of 100 rupees to the canteen manager which was found fake currency and the FIR was lodged and police had investigated the matter and filed the charge sheet. The applicant is innocent. He may be granted bail during trial. 3.

Per contra, learned counsel for the non-applicant/State opposed the argument advanced on behalf of the applicant and submitted that from the possession of the present applicant computer and other instruments for preparation of fake currency were seized, also 34 notes of fake currency in denomination of one thousand, 21 notes of fake currency in denomination of five hundred, 19 notes of fake currency in denomination of one hundred which were found fake were also seized.

On due consideration, for the evidence collected against the present applicant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the instant MCRC is hereby dismissed.
