Shri Anant Bajpai, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 26/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 32 of 2017 registered at Police Station Masturi, Civil and Revenue District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC. 2.

The applicant along with two other accused persons have allegedly committed loot of mobile set, one jacket and cash valued at Rs.6,650/-. 3.

In view of the previous antecedent of the applicant of his involvement in similar nature of crime, this Court is not inclined to release him on bail. 4.
