The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.183/2016, registered at Police Station Deepka, District Korba (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 302 IPC.

Although, the applicant has given only one blow on the parietal region of the deceased, yet considering the eye witness account rendered by Mohan Singh and Sumrit Bai, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. 3.

Accordingly, prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the applicant would be at liberty to move again after examination of Mohan Singh and Sumrit Bai.
