After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for parole will be filed within a week before the Superintendent of Jail for grant of parole to brother of the petitioner. 2.

In the event of filing of application for parole before the concerned Superintendent of Jail with a week, the Superintendent of Jail will do the needful and forward the same to concerned District Magistrate for its consideration in accordance with law. 3.
