Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application dated 14.10.2020 for grant of parole/leave is pending before the District Magistrate, Bilaspur (C.G.).

Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State counsel, submits that petitioner's application will be decided within ten days.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, District Magistrate, Bilaspur, is directed to consider and decide petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction/observation the present writ petition stands disposed off.
