1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from District Office, Koriya to Janpad Panchayat, Bharatpur.

2. The sole contention of the petitioner is that he is substantially an employee of Revenue Department and now vide the impugned order he is being sent to a different department i.e. Panchayat Department.

3. Given the said fact, let the petitioner make a representation to the

respondent no.2 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent no.2 in turn shall consider the contents of the representation and take a final decision within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the impugned transfer order so far as the petitioner is concerned.
