1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants on restoration application along with I.A. No. 1, application for condonation of delay.

2. The applicants are seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 3381/2005 which was dismissed by order dated 02/11/2017 for want of prosecution stating that application for delay in filing the restoration application be condoned and the said Writ Petition be restored to its original number for hearing and disposal.

3. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants and on going through the content of the restoration application as well as I.A. No. 1, application for condonation of delay, delay caused in filing the restoration application is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law subject to payment of a

cost of 2,000/- to the High Court Bar ₹ Association to be used for library fund.

4. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.
