1. The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is that the demarcation application was made before the Court of Tahsildar, Saraipali, District Mahasamund wherein direction was given to the Revenue Inspector and the then Patwari on 15.01.2018 by the Tahsildar, Saraipali to get the land demarcated at Village Harratar, Tehsil Saraipali, District Mahasamund.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the directions were
given by the Tahsildar to Revenue Inspector and different Patwari the demarcation is not being carried out, therefore time bound execution order may be passed so that the demarcation of the land which has already been ordered for may be carried out within a reasonable time.
3. Perused the documents.
4. Perusal of Annexure P-7 would show that on 15.01.2018 the letter was addressed to Revenue Inspector and different Partwari to carry out the demarcation in respect of the land situated at Village Harratar Tehsil Saraipali, District Mahasamund. Being so, the Tahsildar is directed to carry out its order dated 15.01.2018 for demarcation of land within a further period of 45 days subject to verification of the fact that no restraining judicial order exists.
