This public interest litigation petition now stands disposed off in view of the categorical affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 7-CSPDCL that

the work for beautification of the pond which was taken up as part of the measure has been completed in a phased manner and so is the position with regard to the steps which was required to be taken surrounding the electric sub-station.

In view of the same, the objection against setting up of the electric sub-station is now not required to be gone into as the Respondent No. 7-CSPDCL has taken steps so far as inconvenience of the villagers are concerned and since setting up of the electric sub station is for larger public interest, which also stands completed, the writ petition stands disposed off keeping in mind the above.
